The training was good, especially for us new guys. I think the best part for me was that when Debbie introduced the individual plans, she qualified and described them. For instance, she would say this plan is good for a new company wanting to save money, or this plan is benefit rich, or this plan would be best for.... This gave me a 'mental handle' on the plan and to whom it should be marketed toward. I also liked that Debbie would read and explain the many footnotes - what they meant and what to stress. Thank you to you and Debbie for this program. I am looking forward to next month.
